	Description: Through the use of an RMCE strategy coding sequences for an enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (citrene) were inserted into exon 1 of the Ptf1a locus. Cassette exchange in the forward orientation was confirmed by DNA PCR analysis. Reference: PMID: 18294628
