| Description of Targeting Vector | This mouse ES cell line contains a loxed cassette acceptor (LCA) allele that may be utilized for the exchange of DNAs of interest into the Foxo1 gene locus by recombinase mediated cassette exchange (RMCE). A 5 kb region of the gene was replaced by tandemly oriented lox 71 and lox2272 sites flanking both positive and negative selectable markers. |
