Galvin Swift, Ph.D. - Affiliate Profile
My research focuses on the transcription factors directing pancreatic development. Recent work in the lab on the roles of PTF1 and Lrh1 has taken advantage of engineered gene mutations as well as ChIP-seq and RNA-seq to determine all the gene targets of each.
Scientific Interests/Keywords
PTF1, Pdx1, Lrh1, multi-potent progenitor cells
